Point of Interconnection Dimensioning
- If during the period of 1 (one) month the use of links at the given NCP does not exceed 30%, the Parties shall take actions aiming at reducing the number of links at that NCP or at closing it.
- If during the period of 5 subsequent business days the average use of links at an NCP exceeds 80%, the Parties shall take immediate actions aimed at extending the number of links at that NCP.
- The use of links at an NCP shall be calculated as the mean of maximum daily traffic values at PTH from the last 5 (five) business days, divided by the available traffic on the links, calculated from the reverse of the Erlang B formula, with the blocking probability of 0.5%. The number of links used in calculations shall be measured at the end of the measurement period.
