Andreas Maierhofer is a senior telecom chief executive with experience in wireless and fixed technology and broad knowledge of the telecommunications industry, in areas such as launching, operating and integrating telecoms in different countries.

Andreas was a CEO of Makedonski Telekom in Macedonia from February 2014 until the end  of April 2017. During that time he was responsible for the merger of Makedonski Telekom and T-Mobile Macedonia and the implementation of the transformation program, completed by unified mobile and fixed services under one T brand. From 2007 until 2013, he worked for Mobiltel in Bulgaria, starting as a Chief Marketing Officer and later (from 2009) he took the position of Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, Mobiltel acquired and integrated alternative fix line operators and positioned itself as a complete converged telecom operator on the Bulgarian market. Along with the introduction of the new brand, acquiring a new identity was a logical step for the company. From 2011 to 2012, he was a President of the Supervisory Board at M-Networks. From 2004 to 2007 he worked at Si.mobil Slovenia, in the position of Chief Operating Officer from 2004 to 2006 and in the position of Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2007. Once he left Si.mobil, he held a mandate of the Supervisory Board of Si.mobile for one year.

During his successful career in management of more than 20 years, he also worked as Customer Service Director, Head of Billing and Collection Department, supporting and supervising green field operations abroad, as well as a project owner and manager responsible for many projects in different areas and countries.

Besides his professional leadership, Mr. Maierhofer has been engaged into different international business associations and obtained diverse honors and awards,  such as Manager of the Year in Bulgaria 2010, best Foreign Manager in Slovenia for 2005 and 2006 and Honorary sign of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria for his outstanding contribution to the development of the Bulgarian economy.

Juraj Andras is an experienced manager with 20 years of business practice, including 14 years within Deutsche Telekom Group. Previously, as the Head of Controlling, he was responsible for controlling and financial steering at Slovak Telekom (ST) and T-Mobile Czech Republic (TMCZ). He successfully played a key role in many projects such as managerial integration between ST and TMCZ, the merger of ST and T-Mobile Slovakia, several transformation and strategic projects, and various M&A activities. With more than 10 years on Chief Controller position he largely contributed to the successful business performance of Slovak Telekom in recent years.

Previously Juraj performed various management and corporate finance roles including Senior Advisor at Deloitte in Bratislava or Financial Reporting and Analyses manager at T-Mobile Slovakia.

Dorota Kuprianowicz-Legutko has more than 20 years of experience in the area of human capital management at energy, logistics and FMCG companies. Since 2012 she has managed human capital at Innogy Polska S.A. (formerly RWE S.A.), where she led numerous projects related to organizational culture transformation, rebranding, shaping and development of leadership attitudes, implementation of benefits and remuneration systems, negotiating and working with social partners. She also oversaw recruitment and development of staff. Additionally, she has developed a number of internal programmes related to talent retention, expert development and mentoring.

Member of the Management Board and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of T‑Mobile Poland since September 16, 2022.

Alexander Jenbar has been in the technology and telecommunications industry for more than 20 years. Formerly, Alexander Jenbar held the position of the CTIO in Telekom Romania. Prior to his assignment to the Executive management of the Romanian Natco, Alexander held position as such Chief Operations Officer with the Danish operator TDC Net, where he led, among others, the implementation of a fully autonomous Mobile Network Operations Center and a project culminating in improving network quality to the highest level in 25 years. Before that, as Managing Director Network and Director Operations at A1 Telekom Austria, he managed the company to achieve the best network stability and quality results in its history.

In his career, Alexander Jenbar has also served as advisor to the Board of Allianz Insurance Group, Managing Director of Technology in Telekom Austria M2M and Vice President of Service Operations in Telenor DTAC Thailand. Previously he was associated with Nokia Siemens Networks Thailand and Germany, as well as Hutchison 3G Austria.

He graduated in Austria and Germany with three master degrees: in economics, business administration and public administration.
