Andreas Maierhofer


Since April 1, 2017, President of the Management Board of T‑Mobile Polska S.A.

Andreas Maierhofer is a senior telecom chief executive with experience in wireless and fixed technology and broad knowledge of the telecommunications industry, in areas such as launching, operating and integrating telecoms in different countries.

Andreas was a CEO of Makedonski Telekom in Macedonia from February 2014 until the end  of April 2017. During that time he was responsible for the merger of Makedonski Telekom and T‑Mobile Macedonia and the implementation of the transformation program, completed by unified mobile and fixed services under one T brand. From 2007 until 2013, he worked for Mobiltel in Bulgaria, starting as a Chief Marketing Officer and later (from 2009) he took the position of Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, Mobiltel acquired and integrated alternative fix line operators and positioned itself as a complete converged telecom operator on the Bulgarian market. Along with the introduction of the new brand, acquiring a new identity was a logical step for the company. From 2011 to 2012, he was a President of the Supervisory Board at M-Networks. From 2004 to 2007 he worked at Si.mobil Slovenia, in the position of Chief Operating Officer from 2004 to 2006 and in the position of Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2007. Once he left Si.mobil, he held a mandate of the Supervisory Board of for one year.

During his successful career in management of more than 20 years, he also worked as Customer Service Director, Head of Billing and Collection Department, supporting and supervising green field operations abroad, as well as a project owner and manager responsible for many projects in different areas and countries.

Besides his professional leadership, Mr. Maierhofer has been engaged into different international business associations and obtained diverse honors and awards,  such as Manager of the Year in Bulgaria 2010, best Foreign Manager in Slovenia for 2005 and 2006 and Honorary sign of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria for his outstanding contribution to the development of the Bulgarian economy.


Juraj Andras

Chief Financial Officer

Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer at T‑Mobile Polska since December 1, 2017

Juraj Andras is an experienced manager with 20 years of business practice, including 14 years within Deutsche Telekom Group. Previously, as the Head of Controlling, he was responsible for controlling and financial steering at Slovak Telekom (ST) and T‑Mobile Czech Republic (TMCZ). He successfully played a key role in many projects such as managerial integration between ST and TMCZ, the merger of ST and T‑Mobile Slovakia, several transformation and strategic projects, and various M&A activities. With more than 10 years on Chief Controller position he largely contributed to the successful business performance of Slovak Telekom in recent years.

Previously Juraj performed various management and corporate finance roles including Senior Advisor at Deloitte in Bratislava or Financial Reporting and Analyses manager at T‑Mobile Slovakia.

Frederic Perron


Since April 1, 2017, Member of the Management Board of T‑Mobile Poland SA, Chief Commercial Officer – Private Market

Frederic has nearly 20 years of experience in consumer marketing and commercial management within the telecommunication and banking sectors. He has worked for leading telecommunications companies in US, Canada, UK, and Czech Republic and was responsible for several turnarounds in brand perception, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.

Since 2014 Frederic was Senior Vice President of Customer Management and Loyalty at Rogers Communications in Canada, where he was responsible for over 10 million customers with both Mobile and Cable products. Previously, he spent four years at Vodafone in the Czech Republic and United Kingdom. As Head of Post-Pay in the Czech Republic, he successfully managed the business turnaround and increased customer satisfaction, while delivering growth in customers base and revenue. In 2009-2010 he has had position of Head of Pre-Pay in the T‑Mobile in United Kingdom. Prior to his work in the telecom industry, Frederic spent five years at Capital One, where he held commercial leadership roles in the credit card industry in both Canada and the UK.

Frederic is a Canadian citizen. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal and a Master’s degree in Management from Queen’s University in Kingston.


Petri Pehkonen


Has extensive experience in managerial positions in the ICT and telecom industries, with which he has been associated for over 20 years. He spent 7 years at Elisa, having roles of CIO of Elisa corporation and Vice President of Hosting Services managing many strategic IT projects which involved the digital transformation. Over the years of cooperation, Mr. Pehkonen has accumulated great knowledge of networking solutions and popular trends in the ICT sector, as well as innovative telecommunications solutions such as 5G.

In the past, as the Director of the IO Business Unit at Capgemini, Mr. Pehkonen also managed a business unit for infrastructural services in the Nordic countries. During that time he successfully implemented solutions supporting companies undergoing digital reconstruction in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. He was responsible for supervising the projects related to IT consulting and outsourcing employees in the new technologies area. In the 90s, he was involved with Saraware Oy company and software development, as well as design and engineering services for telecommunications companies.

Włodzimierz Nowak


Since April 1, 2017, Member of the Management Board of T‑Mobile Poland SA, Chief Security, Legal and Compliance Officer

Włodzimierz Nowak has held various positions in the military sector, including at the Polish Ministry of National Defence, Ministry of Digital Affairs and NATO. He has long-standing and broad experience in cybersecurity, and has held posts such as Head of the Information, Technology and Telecommunication Department at the Polish Ministry of National Defence and Director of the Cybersecurity Department at the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs.

In the years 2015-2017, Włodzimierz Nowak held a number of functions in the field of cybersecurity consulting and was the Director of the Cybersecurity Department at the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs. On June 30, 2016 he ended his professional military service, which he had begun in 1986 as Commanding Officer of the Commanding Platoon at the Pomeranian WOP Brigade in Szczecin. From 1991 to 1994 he was the Head of Technical Services – Deputy Commander of the 33rd Communications Battalion in Szczecin. Later, in 2006, he served in the General Staff of the Polish Army, starting as a specialist and finally becoming the Head of the Board of Communications and Computer Science in the General Command and Communications Board – P6. In the years 1998–2003, he acted as project manager for communication between Poland and NATO, and as a representative in NATO’s National Technical Telecommunications Technical Working Group. From 2007, he was the Director of the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications at the Polish Ministry of National Defence, and from 2010 to 2012 – the acting Operations Director of NATO NCSA (NATO CIS Services Agency). Between 2012 and 2013, he was the Deputy Commander / Chief of Staff of the NATO CIS Group (SHAPE) in Belgium. After returning from service in NATO structures, he took up the position of Director of the Department of Armed Forces at the Ministry of National Defence, where he developed the Regional Support Assistance Programme (ReSAP).

Włodzimierz Nowak is a graduate of the Military University of Technology and of postgraduate studies in Organization and Management at Bialystok University of Technology. In 2006, he was awarded for his outstanding achievements in military service and his contribution to strengthening the defence system of the Republic of Poland, by being entered into the Book of Honour of the Minister of National Defence.



Chief Human Resources Officer

Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer of T‑Mobile Poland since December 1, 2017

Dorota Kuprianowicz-Legutko has more than 20 years of experience in the area of human capital management at energy, logistics and FMCG companies. Since 2012 she has managed human capital at Innogy Polska S.A. (formerly RWE S.A.), where she led numerous projects related to organizational culture transformation, rebranding, shaping and development of leadership attitudes, implementation of benefits and remuneration systems, negotiating and working with social partners. She also oversaw recruitment and development of staff. Additionally, she has developed a number of internal programmes related to talent retention, expert development and mentoring.


Agnieszka Rynkowska


Agnieszka Rynkowska has over 20 years of experience in international business. For the last 5 years she has been affiliated with Microsoft Sp. z o.o., where she was Marketing & Operations Director, Member of the Board and before that – Strategy Director. She had also been employed in Philips Lighting S.A. as the Marketing Director Central Eastern Europe responsible for 17 markets and before that in various managerial positions at Microsoft Sp. z o.o., Orange/PTK Centertel Sp. z o.o. and Ericsson Sp. z o.o.

Agnieszka Rynkowska has been educated and is adept in both Technology (Master of Engineering, ICT industry) and Management & Marketing. She graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, finished post-graduate studies at WSZiM and The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
