Personal data processed by T-Mobile Polska S.A. will be used in accordance with the binding provisions of law, in particular the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (Journal of Laws of 2002 No 101, item 926, as amended).

It is prohibited to disseminate, send, modify, publish on other websites or use the website content for public or commercial purposes without a written consent granted by T-Mobile Polska S.A. This pertains to inter alia  texts and pictures.

The www.firma.t-mobile.pl portal uses “cookies” which allow for saving selected information about its users and their preferences. They are not, however, used for processing or storing of personal data but only of the information allowing for:

• adjusting the portal to the users’ needs;
• creating statistics of portal sub-pages views;
• adjusting parts of information made available on the portal and on partnership websites to the user’s preferences

Operating data includes:

1. user identification assigned on the basis of personal data as described above,
2. identification of the telecommunication network end users or of the data transmission system used by them,
3. information on the beginning, ending and the scope of each use of the service,
4. information on the fact of using the service by a user.

Operating data is processed by T-Mobile Poland S.A. only for statistical purposes and in order to provide and develop the service.

It is stored in a special security zone and made available only to authorised persons related to the www.firma.t-mobile.plportal and obliged to keep the obtained information secret. According to Article 18(6) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204), T-Mobile Polska S.A. may be obliged to forward the operating data (including in particular the IP of a computer) to authorised state bodies for the purposes of proceedings performed by them.

T-Mobile Polska S.A., as the administrator of www.firma.t-mobile.pl, is not liable for the privacy protection policy of any third party websites, both those available to users through links published on www.firma.t-mobile.pl, and those which publish links to www.firma.t-mobile.pl.
