- user identification assigned on the basis of personal data as described above,
- identification of the telecommunication network end users or of the data transmission system used by them,

Operating data is processed by T-Mobile Poland S.A. only for statistical purposes and in order to provide and develop the service.
It is stored in a special security zone and made available only to authorised persons related to the www.firma.t-mobile.plportal and obliged to keep the obtained information secret. According to Article 18(6) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204), T-Mobile Polska S.A. may be obliged to forward the operating data (including in particular the IP of a computer) to authorised state bodies for the purposes of proceedings performed by them.
