Customer satisfaction, information security, care for the environment and the highest standards of work safety and health protection are the most important goals and criteria in the daily activities of T‑Mobile Polska. Meeting the requirements of recognized, international standards helps us achieving these goals.

Management Systems

T‑Mobile Polska holds valid Quality Management System, Information Security Management System, Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificates which confirm compliance with the requirements of relevant ISO standards issued by renowned certification bodies.

Area of certification

Currently T‑Mobile Polska, the operator of the T‑Mobile network, holds the following compliance certificates: Quality Management System ISO 9001, Environmental Management System ISO 14001, Certificate of Information Security Management System ISO 27001 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001.

Towards the Customer

Quality Management System – information on ISO 9001

T-Mobile Polska initiated the implementation of the quality management system compliant with the ISO 9000 series in 1998. The first area covered was Customer service, for which T‑Mobile Polska received ISO 9001 certification in December 1998. Since December 2002 the ISO 9001 certificate covers all processes in the company.

Since 2nd of March 2018 T‑Mobile Polska proudly holds the ISO 9001:2015 certificate. The scope of the certificate granted in March 2016 includes: “Provision of telecommunication services. Operation and maintenance of Data Processing Centers. Control of planning, development and maintenance of mobile telephony network. Product management and development, marketing and sale through own network”

T-Mobile Polska is part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, the largest telecommunications operator in Europe. Thanks to this it can benefit from the experience and solutions developed in other markets.
 

T-Mobile Polska, operating in the telecommunications market, perceives Customer satisfaction as the key to achieving its business goals and puts special emphasis on Customer service and satisfaction as well as brand perception. This approach is reflected in the company's strategy for 2017-2020, based on focusing on the first line of contact with the Customer.

To meet the requirements of all interested parties, T‑Mobile Polska has implemented a Quality Management System in line with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. The Quality Policy implementation is based on the following objectives:

Information Security Management System – information on ISO 27001

Information is one of the most valuable assets of each company. In order to protect it comprehensive solutions are sought covering all company assets, personal, physical and environmental security and defined by international standards. 

Since June 2014, T-Mobile Polska has been operating the Information Security Management System, which was once again confirmed in 2023 with the ISO 27001:2017 certificate of compliance, covering all processes in the organization, such as: provision of telecommunication services. operation and maintenance of data processing centers. control of planning, development and maintenance of mobile telephony network. product management and development, marketing and sale through own network.

Service reliability

Business Continuity Management System - ISO 22301

We have implemented a Business Continuity Management System and obtained a certificate of compliance with the requirements of ISO 22301:2019 - the latest edition of the standard for the security and resilience of business continuity management systems. The scope of certification is wide and covers the provision of electronic communication services, ICT services, cybersecurity and the maintenance and development of data processing centers. An effective Business Continuity Management System ensures that we correctly identify risks and threats and effectively manage potential incidents. Obtaining a certificate confirms consistency in improving processes and procedures. The certificate was granted by an independent, renowned DNV entity.

In harmony with the environment

Environment Management System – information on ISO 14001

T Mobile Polska has a certificate of compliance of the Environmental Management System with the ISO 14001 standard. Environmental Management System certificate is an objective proof of commitment to environmental protection. We were the first telecommunications operator in Central and Eastern Europe to obtain such confirmation of controlling the impact of its activities on the environment.

Having the ISO 14001 certificate means that the construction and operation of the T Mobile network are fully controlled at every stage of development and operation, and that their impact on the environment is minimized.

Health and Safety

This health and safety policy - ISO 45001

In order to maintain the highest standards of occupational safety and health protection of employees, contractors and clients, we have established the Occupational Health and Safety Policy, the obligations of which are listed below.

This health and safety policy has been agreed and consulted with employees and their representatives, is known and publicly available.

Holding the ISO 45001 certificate confirms the policy is implemented.

T-Mobile Polska SA, the leading telecommunications operator in Poland, in order to maintain the highest standards of safety and health of employees, contractors and customers has established the Occupational Health and Safety Policy committing to:

  • prevention of occupational accidents and potential accidents and the possibility of occupational diseases,
  • striving for continuous improvement of safety and health at work,
  • compliance with legal and other requirements in the field of health and safety,
  • continual improvement of the Occupational Health and  Safety Management System,
  • providing adequate resources and means to implement the policy,
  • employees’ skills development and allowing employees’ involvement in actions contributing to health and safety

Anti-corruption system

Anti-corruption system - ISO 37001

T‑Mobile suppliers and partners pay more and more attention to the selection of socially responsible partners. We make many statements regarding respecting the principles of honest business (Supplier Code of Conduct).

T-Mobile has the highest anti-corruption standards, which has been formally confirmed by the full implementation of the principles described in the international 37001: 2016 standard - Anti-Corruption Management System.

This means that we were one of the first companies in Poland to implement an anti-corruption system in accordance with the restrictive international standard, guaranteeing our partners an honest approach to do business with us.
