Ever since the start of T-Mobile Polska, the way we do business has been important to us. We knew we can’t create a strong company without the passion and commitment of our employees, the trust of our suppliers and business partners, a high quality of the services we deliver to our customers and the favor of our surrounding communities.


Responsible business at T-Mobile

At T-Mobile Polska, business goals are connected to our sustainability and corporate responsibility goals. Currently, all CR (corporate responsibility) activities are being carried out according to our 2020-2025 Responsible Business Strategy, which sets the priorities for our business activities. We also use the strategy principles of the Deutsche Telekom Group, a leader in solutions from the area of socially responsible business.


Our initiatives have their basis in the map of needs of our stakeholders, with whom we lead an open dialogue. We try to build a relationship of mutual respect with them and take their opinions and expectations into account in our business activities.

The strategy assigns strategic goals and completion standards to the fundamental area and each of the three directions.


Being a subsidiary of the Deutsche Telekom Group, which is listed on the responsible business index, means we are committed to implementing the highest standards. T-Mobile Polska has implemented a management system based on the ISO standards to deliver services of the highest quality. The rules outlined in our Code of Ethics set the standard for our conduct not only in the workplace, but also in relation to all stakeholders (business partners, customers, communities, public administration etc.).

We also draw upon the principles of the strategy of the Deutsche Telekom Group, a leader in socially responsible business who provides us with additional goals to achieve within the Group. We believe that a group-wide approach will let us make an even bigger, more positive impact on our surroundings.

In 2021, we have collected many CR topics under #GREENMAGENTA and #GOODMAGENTA to emphasize our initiatives and increase communications transparency by adjusting our CR strategy to ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) perspectives.
