Corporate culture is the key to success
In the entire Deutsche Telekom Group, the corporate culture is characterized by honesty, ethical behavior and personal responsibility.
The primary objective of the Compliance Management System is to prevent and detect potentially inappropriate behaviour of employees. The Management Board of T-Mobile Polska, together with managers, supports the Compliance Management System.
We are one of the first companies in Poland to implement international anti-corruption standard. This means compliance with the ethical principles that are the basis of the Code of Conduct, formally confirmed by the 37001:2016 standard. All business activities of T-Mobile Polska are based on the above principles, and each employee is obliged to comply with applicable regulations.
Compliance requirements do not apply only to T‑Mobile Polska, but also to our business partners. Therefore, the Compliance Management Department offers all business partners the opportunity to conduct trainings during which we will present the rules of conduct applicable at T-Mobile Polska, in particular the rules on preventing corruption.
We assist the T-Mobile Polska Management Board in establishing the organizational structures necessary for acting in accordance with the law and the rules adopted at the company. At the same time, we constantly strive to raise awareness among all employees of the need to act honestly and in accordance with applicable rules.
In the cases of suspected infringement on our part (such as corruption or a violation of our fundamental rules of conduct) we provided a special website for reporting incidents. Anyone (inside or outside the company) can use it to notify us about a potential infringement. We carefully and confidentially review each report and then take appropriate action with applicable rules.
