Quality Management System - ISO 9001
For T-Mobile Polska the most important is that, when choosing a telecommunications brand, customers should first consider T-Mobile as a company that offers the best quality of services. That is why, since March 2018, T-Mobile Polska can be proud of Certificate of compliance with the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2015 which provides requirements for quality management. This certificate covers all processes and all locations, including T-Mobile Polska own stores and data processing centers.

Information Security Management System – information on ISO 27001
Information is one of the most valuable assets of every company, therefore, to protect it, comprehensive and defined by international standards, solutions are adjusted to cover all the T-Mobile Polska assets, personal, physical, and environmental security. Since June, 2014r. T-Mobile Polska has been running the Information Security Management System, which high level of effectiveness is confirmed with the newest version of ISO 27001:2022 certificate compliance Certificate, covering all processes in the organization. Additionally, for the first time, as part of the Integrated Management System Certification, T-Mobile Polska implemented the measures provided for Security of Cloud Services (ISO 27017) and Personal Data Protection in the Cloud standard (ISO 27018).

Business Continuity Management System - ISO 22301
The company's goal is not only to provide services but also to make them dependable and uninterrupted - that is why T-Mobile Polska implemented a Business Continuity Management System and obtained certificate of compliance with the requirements of ISO 22301:2019 which is the newest edition of this standard. An effective Business Continuity Management System ensures that the company correctly identify risks, threats and effectively manage potential incidents. Obtaining a certificate confirms T-Mobile Polska consistency in improving our organization's processes.

Environment Management System – information on ISO 14001
T-Mobile Polska is the first telecommunications operator in Central and Eastern Europe to receive the Certificate of Compliance of the Environmental Management System certificate with the ISO 14001 standard in the field of "Sales, service, operation and development in the field of telecommunications". This is objective proof of commitment to environmental protection.
Having the ISO 14001 certificate means that the construction and operation of the T-Mobile Polska network is fully controlled at every stage of development and operation and that their impact on the environment is minimized.
Health and Safety
Health and safety policy - ISO 45001
To maintain the highest standards of occupational safety and health protection of employees, contractors and clients, T-Mobile Polska have established the Occupational Health and Safety Policy, the obligations of which are listed below.
Health and safety policy has been agreed and consulted with employees and their representatives, is known and publicly available.
Holding the ISO 45001 certificate confirms the policy is implemented.

T-Mobile has the highest anti-corruption standards, which are formally confirmed by the full implementation of the principles described in the international 37001: 2016 standard - Anti-Corruption Management System.
