Point of interconnection dimensioning

    T-Mobile Polska and the Operator shall be obliged to maintain the correct functioning of a Point of Interconnection and immediately remove any Failure or Fault under its jurisdiction after its detection or after receiving a relevant failure notification from the other operator.

    Failures and faults at the Point of Interconnection

    In the case of faults resulting in the reduction of quality parameters below the threshold, or Failures, the Operator who noticed the Fault or Failure will immediately inform the other operator by phone, fax, e-mail or other way specified in the agreement between T-Mobile Polska and the Operator covering the provision of telecommunication access.

    Point of Interconnection Dimensioning

    1. If during the period of 1 (one) month the use of links at the given NCP does not exceed 30%, the Parties shall take actions aiming at reducing the number of links at that NCP or at closing it.
    2. If during the period of 5 subsequent business days the average use of links at an NCP exceeds 80%, the Parties shall take immediate actions aimed at extending the number of links at that NCP.
    3. The use of links at an NCP shall be calculated as the mean of maximum daily traffic values at PTH from the last 5 (five) business days, divided by the available traffic on the links, calculated from the reverse of the Erlang B formula, with the blocking probability of 0.5%. The number of links used in calculations shall be measured at the end of the measurement period.
