In the third quarter of 2025 T-Mobile Polska, continued positive trends from the previous quarters and kept strengthening its position on the market. 
 
In this period the operator:
<ul>
	<li style="text-align:justify">Achieved Service Revenue growth of 4.5% (y-o-y) contributed to reaching total revenue of 1.86 billion PLN. Achieved an impressive EBITDA AL growth of 8.3% (y-o-y);</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">Grew its mobile customer base by 900 thousand (y-o-y) and fixed broadband customer base by 133 thousand;</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">Continued the market push for the new, simple offer for private customers, which resulted in growth of both mobile and fixed customer bases, as well as the number of new convergent contracts;</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">Observed strong client interest in the cybersecurity and data center offers as well as growing popularity of the refreshed Magenta BIZNES offer;</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">Launched and continued the rollout of 700MHz-based 5G coverage layer and improved its 4G capacity. It&rsquo;s 5G Bardziej c-band coverage exceeded 50% percent of population;</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">Continued its efforts aimed at fulfilling its ambitious environmental and circularity goals as well as popularizing cybersecurity education.</li>
</ul>

In the recent quarters T-Mobile has been repeatedly showing its ability to deliver consistent growth each time but also constantly improve on the growth dynamics. The third quarter of 2025 is a perfect example of this, as at the end of it, T-Mobile Polska&#39;s mobile customer base grew by over 900 thousand (y-o-y) and totaled 13,6 million. At the same time the fixed broadband customers increased by impressive 41% (y-o-y), reaching 457 thousand. In the previous quarter T-Mobile simplified customers&rsquo; lives by introducing the new offer with only one pricing variant and an attractive offer for not only mobile but also a convergent offer combining mobile services with fixed internet &ndash; resulting in a consistent growth of convergent contracts signed also in the third quarter. 
 
The consistently growing mobile customer base, increase of convergent contracts and subsequent growth of revenues per household, combined with increase in number of customers in the business segment allowed T-Mobile to improve its service revenue by +4.5%, ending up with total revenue exceeding 1.86 billion PLN, with EBITDA AL growing even more substantially: 8.3% (y-o-y) and reaching 535 million PLN. 
 
Customers appreciate the simplicity of our new offers &ndash; very much in line with our motto of #BreakingBarriers &ndash; and come to T-Mobile for a full variety of convergent services, which proves that their introduction was a great move. This customer-centric approach combined with the best customer services and constant efforts to further improve the network experience are a winning combination which allows us to successfully compete on the market. T-Mobile consistently implements its sustainability strategy, as evidenced by the initiatives carried out in the third quarter. The company is meeting ambitious environmental goals related to reducing energy consumption and minimizing carbon dioxide emissions, as well as supporting the circular economy of devices &ndash; in Q3, it recorded over 100,000 collected phones. This proves that consistent actions involving customers and other key stakeholders are delivering results.

Technology, Emotion, and Engagement &ndash; T-Mobile Creates Experiences That Stay with Customers Longer 
The third quarter of 2025 demonstrated that building closeness with customers is not just about the offer, but also about the emotions and values behind it. T-Mobile was a partner of two of the biggest music events of the summer &ndash; Dawid Podsiadło&rsquo;s ZORZA Festival and Audioriver &ndash; which together attracted over 460,000 fans across Poland. Nearly 100,000 people attended the ZORZA finale in Katowice alone, and brand activations during the event resulted in nearly 28,000 transactions related to festival merchandise through the Magenta Moments program. 
 
At the same time, T-Mobile launched its new own devices &ndash; the T Phone 3 and T Tablet 2 &ndash; equipped with artificial intelligence features powered by Perplexity Assistant. Thanks to integration with the My T-Mobile app, users gained access to selected AI tools, aligning with the company&rsquo;s strategy of democratizing technology and creating modern, digital experiences. 
 
Magenta Moments, the first program of its kind in the telco industry, surpassed 1.8 million users in Q3 and became a hub of intense activity. A record-breaking 4.2 million transactions were made during the Mega Lottery, which started in June, driven by customer engagement as they competed for over 80,000 prizes worth nearly 2 million PLN. Simultaneously, over 110,000 transactions were generated by the newly introduced 1+1 offers &ndash; a new category in Magenta Moments that allows T-Mobile customers to break barriers with loved ones and friends by enjoying promotions in restaurants, cultural events, and recreational activities. This marks another step toward building relationships based on shared experiences. For the first time, T-Mobile also supported social initiatives through Magenta Moments. In a special charity campaign organized with the TV Puls Foundation &ldquo;Pod Dębem,&rdquo; program users donated 2 million hearts in just 11 days, resulting in real financial support of 50,000 PLN for the foundation&rsquo;s beneficiaries. 
 
Growing demand for cybersecurity and data center services 
T-Mobile began the third quarter of the year by launching an international advertising campaign for T Business, in which it showed how &ndash; by providing a comprehensive range of ICT services for companies &ndash; T-Mobile supports the digitalization and development of enterprises. The campaign materials were presented on TV, YouTube and VOD platforms, in key business media and on LinkedIn. Information about the offer also appeared in the business and VIP lounges at the airports in Warsaw and Gdańsk. 
 
In the corporate customer segment, the operator noted a steadily growing interest in security services. In the cybersecurity segment, sales of the proprietary Cyber Guard service are growing extremely dynamically, and the newly introduced Cyber Check product allows entrepreneurs to perform a comprehensive review of the level of security in the company, among other things, in order to examine compliance with the requirements of the NIS2 directive. In turn, in the area of data centers, the popularity of the Metro Cluster service is constantly growing, which provides uninterrupted access to the company&#39;s applications and data even in the event of a failure, as well as Business Backup. 
 
In the segment of small and medium-sized enterprises, the third quarter of the year was marked by an over 20% increase in fiber optic internet sales compared to the previous year (y-o-y) and a refreshment of the Magenta BIZNES offer in response to the growing needs of entrepreneurs in terms of speed, security and flexibility of digital services. The refresh was met with a very good reception by the market, which resulted in an increase in the dynamics of customer base growth. 
 
The best quality of T-Mobile network 
At T-Mobile, we continue our efforts to deliver top-notch technology and quality to our customers, so they can rely on our network whenever they need it. In the third quarter, this commitment was recognized through a series of network quality benchmarks, most notably by Ookla Speedtest.net, whose experts for the third time in a row awarded us the title of the fastest mobile network in the country and recognized T-Mobile&rsquo;s network as the most consistent. These recognitions come as a consequence of the consistent implementation of projects aimed at continuously improving the network quality. 
 
During the third quarter, the operator continued 5G rollout to additional 214 stations across country reaching now more than 50% population thanks to 4448 stations on air. Additionally, the operator deployed additionally 5G signal in the 700 MHz coverage range on 328 stations, thanks to a band acquired in at the beginning of the year. This, combined with the allocation of the second set of the acquired resources - 800MHz to increase the capacity of the LTE network, this has resulted in an increase in the quality of the network not only in urban areas, but also outside large cities. At the same time, T-Mobile expanded its fiber optic network by over 900 kilometers to more than 36 thousand kilometers overall. 
 
In addition to investments in network quality, this period was marked by development in another key area: AI. In that time, T-Mobile has given its consultants two tools to facilitate customer service: the ZapytAI bot, which simplifies their access to all the necessary information about T-Mobile&#39;s service processes and services, as well as a tool that facilitates the editing of correspondence regarding resolved technical requests. 
Focus on social responsibility 
Security &ndash; currently the most valuable currency &ndash; also became one of the key ESG topics in the third quarter. The company rebuilt the IT infrastructure of the MSWiA hospital in Krak&oacute;w, which had fallen victim to a cyberattack. This is an action of great importance to society, but each of us should be aware of cyber threats. That&rsquo;s why the operator once again launched the informational campaign &ldquo;Confident Online,&rdquo; which received the patronage of the Ministry of Digital Affairs. 
 
Being a responsible company also means precisely meeting standards that ensure services are accessible to everyone. T-Mobile has long been committed to making its products inclusive, and the European Accessibility Act, in force for several months now, has allowed the company to focus even more on this area. As a result, both the operator&rsquo;s websites and the devices and services it offers &ndash; such as the Contact Centre &ndash; are adapted to serve people with visual, hearing, mobility, or cognitive limitations.

Goran Markovic, after almost 5 years of impactful leadership as Chief Commercial Officer responsible for B2C has been appointed CEO of Makedonski Telekom. This marks a significant step forward in his career. He leaves behind strong, high performing team, well position to continue driving the business forward. During his tenure in Poland, he led a successful commercial turnaround and drove significant improvements in operational efficiency.&nbsp;

In 2024 T-Mobile Poland:

	<li style="text-align:justify">achieved a positive EBITDA AL growth rate in all quarters with especially successful development in of 6.2% in the fourth quarter. This enabled the company to finalize the year with a strong result of 5.1% EBITDA AL increase in the whole 2024;</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">increased its revenues in each quarter, culminating in yearly revenues increase of 3.8%;</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">substantially increased both its mobile and fixed customer base with a visible uptake in the number of convergent customers;</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">thanks to launching fiber services on a footprint of two new partners, reached almost 10M households with its fiber services &ndash; the largest fiber footprint by the end of 2024;</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">grew its business in both B2C and B2B thanks to expanding its portfolio of services, customers choosing multiple services from T-Mobile and higher tariff options. As a result, the operator recorded growth in all key segments; </li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">executed an unprecedented network rollout, covering almost half of the population with the largest in Poland top-of-the line 5G C-band network in just 12 months.</li>

At the end of 2024, the number of mobile T-Mobile subscribers rose to 12.87 million, an increase of 273 thousand compared to the year before. The largest share of this result comes from operator&rsquo;s being widely successful in attracting the most demanding and valuable postpaid customers with 267 thousand base growth in this segment year to year. In the last quarter, the operator reached a milestone development of its fixed base, with the number of fixed broadband customers reaching 359 thousand by the end of the last quarter.

In 2024, T-Mobile continued its efforts to provide customers with the best service quality and the best convergent offer. It was supported by launching a fixed offering on the BSA footprint of Vectra and Polski Światłow&oacute;d Otwarty. This allowed T-Mobile to provide its fiber services to almost 10 million households across Poland, making the company the leader in the fiber coverage by the end of the year. In effect, not only was the fixed offering widely successful &ndash; as reflected in the fixed broadband customer base growth &ndash; but also lead to a substantial increase in the number of customers using two and more services from T-Mobile &ndash; a growth of 15% y-o-y. Effects of this acceleration were seen especially in the last quarter of the year when the revenue increased by 4.8% to the amount of 1,9 billion PLN. The full-year revenues in 2024 &ndash; as result of customers choosing multiple products and reaching for higher plans, as well as positive developments in the B2B market such as increasing customer base &ndash; grew by 3.8% and reached 7.3 billion PLN.

The gains in the revenues area translated into EBITDA. Not only was it growing consistently throughout the year but significantly peaked in the fourth quarter with over 6% growth (445 million PLN, 6.2% y-o-y increase). The overall EBITDA AL for 2024 amounted to 1,9 billion PLN which made it 5.1% higher than the year before. 
 
The year 2024 was the most successful in the last decade. The remarkable commercial momentum, which we continued through the year, comes from a combination of strategic elements: the best product portfolio which corresponds with the real needs of the customers; a technological excellence supported by the most ambitious in Poland rollout of C-band 5G Bardziej network; dedication to extending the convergent customer base, enabled by achieving the largest fiber footprint by the end of the year; and &nbsp;- the last but not least - leading customer service which makes our customers stay with T-Mobile for good and recommend it to their peers &ndash; said Andreas Maierhofer, CEO of T-Mobile Polska. We believe that in the current times, marked by general uncertainty, lack of trust and constant disruption, where new technologies such as AI can change the world almost overnight, customers need a reliable partner to provide them with the best, trusted solutions and guide them through these challenges. The very good financial standing of the company allowed us to execute a bold countrywide investment project of rolling out a state-of-the art 5G network, reaching a large part of the population and becoming the leader in 5G C-band coverage in just one year. At the same time, we were able to increase spendings on strengthening of our brand through intensive marketing communication, boosting recognition and supporting sales, especially in the fourth quarter &ndash; said Juraj Andras, CFO of T-Mobile Polska. &ndash; Focusing on the results, it is clear that we achieved and kept a positive market momentum gaining customers and strengthening our position which, in consequence, led to an impressive achievement: growth in all the segments across all quarters. We kept our promise to deliver a sustainable financial growth, and this puts us in a very good position entering the year 2025. 
 
Customer Care and Development of Convergent Services 
In the individual customer segment, the fourth quarter of 2024 at T-Mobile was marked by customer appreciation and the development of convergent services. As part of the Magenta Moments program, which until today has attracted over 1.5 million T-Mobile customers within a year of its launch, users could take advantage of selected offers from over 300 partners, as well as lotteries with attractive prizes. Additionally, during the Christmas promotions, the operator appreciated the loyalty of its customers &ndash; the longer they were associated with the T-Mobile network, the more valuable device vouchers they received. 
 
At the same time, the operator focused on expanding the availability of high-speed fiber optic internet services through cooperation with wholesale partners which resulted in an increase in the number of addresses within T-Mobile&#39;s reach. Adding to that, introducing attractively priced service packages with fiber optics resulted in a 36% increase in Q4 fiber optic sales compared to the fourth quarter of 2023. 
 
Growth across key segments of the business market 
The MagentaBIZNES plans, dedicated to small business segment, kept on attracting new customers. Not only were the net additions higher than the year before, but the ratio of companies choosing fully unlimited tariff variants kept improving too, reaching 84% by the end of the year. T-Mobile did not cease developing and enhanced its offer &ndash; the recently introduced cybersecurity services for the SVS segment is selling impressively in all quarters, reaching 360.000 customers by the end of the year. 
The similar trend: customer base growth coupled with the very good performance of the cybersecurity products could also be seen in the large accounts segment. In 2024 T-Mobile signed, among others, a large contract for the service provision to the COAR (Government Administration Service Center) and a substantial private client.&nbsp; 
 
The year of investments in service quality 
In the area of technology, the year 2024 was marked by the development of infrastructure, enabling the delivery of top-quality services to customers. The first and the most ambitious of such projects was the launch fast and reliable 5G network, built on C-band frequencies, in just a year. In just 12 months, T-Mobile launched a 5G Bardziej signal on more than 3,400 base stations across the country connected with fiber or 10Gb/s links. Currently, this technology is available on 3495 base stations, and with almost half of the population in coverage, this represents the largest 5G network built on 3.x frequencies in our country. In cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants, where the new network became a key tool to increase network capacity, the percentage of 5G Bardziej- enabled sites reaches 75%. T-Mobile&rsquo;s network was recognized with &ldquo;The Fastest Mobile Internet&rdquo; as well as &ldquo;the Fastest Home Internet&rdquo; awards by SpeedTest.pl and the Komputer Świat awarded it with &ldquo;the best quality of mobile internet access&rdquo; title. 
 
In parallel, the operator was expanding its fiber-optic network to meet the ever-increasing demand for data. By 2024, the total length of T-Mobile&#39;s own lines increased by 2,800 kilometers to 13,800 kilometers. In the wake of increasing capacity, changes in traffic patterns are following. Already 84% of voice calls are made via VoLTE and VoWIFI technologies, and the total volume of data transferred on T-Mobile&#39;s network is more than 3,300 PB, an increase of 15.4% year over year. The 5G network alone now transmits 308% more data than a year ago. 
 
ESG &ndash; actions for inclusion recognized&nbsp; 
At T-Mobile, caring for the planet aligned with efforts in digital inclusion and security. Through the campaign &ldquo;We act with care for nature,&rdquo; customers received discounts on new devices when recycling old phones. During Christmas, T-Mobile partnered with Noble Parcel for &ldquo;Old phones work wonders,&rdquo; where more phones collected in showrooms meant greater support for the organization. 
In Q4, T-Mobile reinforced its commitment to digital inclusion with another edition of &ldquo;Network of Generations,&rdquo; training nearly 300 seniors in tech skills, and the third season of &ldquo;Pewni w sieci,&rdquo; a cybersecurity mini-series. 
The company also earned recognition for its sustainability efforts. At #UNDay2024, hosted by the UN Global Compact Network Poland, T-Mobile won awards for labor standards and business transparency. In November, at the Innovator ESG gala, it received three distinctions: gold in the S category for digital inclusion of seniors, and honorable mentions in E and G for environmental IoT solutions and corporate governance.
