T-Mobile with unlimited tariffs and unlimited internet for individual customers

In recent times, restrictions have limited many people in the daily pursue of their dreams and plans. That is why we want to create a space of maximum freedom at T‑Mobile, so that everyone can use 100% of the available possibilities and fully enjoy the moment. How? By providing customers with a new portfolio of offers, including two unlimited tariffs with unlimited internet. Such a proposal for individual customers is a new approach in the telecommunications market, which gives users the opportunity to enjoy what matters to them now. Many other offers available on the market include speed and data transfer limits, while T‑Mobile’s individual customers may from now on enjoy the mobile internet service exactly as they want! The second tariff, although with a speed limit of 30 Mbps, still allows you to enjoy fast internet without limits. And all this in the largest 5G network, which is regularly expanded with new base stations. What is more, our customers can also enjoy the fastest mobile internet in Poland, as confirmed by the SpeedTest study for 2021.

Realizing how unpredictable the world is today and how difficult it is to plan the future, we want to give customers the comfort of worry-free choice at least in the area of telecommunication services, so that they don’t have to wonder whether the selected offer will correspond to their current and future needs. With this in mind, we have prepared offers of unlimited internet access for home use, such as FTTH internet or the one based on mobile infrastructure, which are already used by more than 410 thousand customers. And the same if it comes to mobile services connected with the phone – says Andreas Maierhofer, CEO of T‑Mobile Polska. Huge investments in telecommunication infrastructure give us space to create bold offers.

A fully unlimited smartphone offer is a natural step for us and a response to the needs of the even most demanding customers. Today we are changing the offer for subscription customers, but we will not stop there. We will continue to work on more solutions for our customers to provide them unlimited experiences, simplicity, and appreciate their loyalty – comments Goran Markovic, board member for the private market at T‑Mobile Polska. Along with the offer, our communication will also change and we will pay even more attention to the customer, their needs and the possibilities created by our offer.

Forget the limits

As part of the new offer, all tariff plans allow for unlimited calls, text messages and MMS. Two tariffs with unlimited 5G internet are available – M Unlimited and L Unlimited. In the case of the M Unlimited variant, the user receives unlimited Internet from the beginning with a maximum speed of up to 30 Mb/s, which allows the user to take the maximum advantage of the Internet. Within the “Benefits for Home” program customers will pay from PLN 45 per month. On the other hand, for those looking for unlimited internet we have created the tariff L Unlimited, which guarantees maximum speed at T‑Mobile without any transfer limit from 65 PLN per month – under the “Benefits for Home” program. The rules of the “Benefits for Home” program are simple: having already one number in T‑Mobile, on the second number customer saves 480 PLN on the entire contract, because subsequent subscriptions are 20 PLN per month cheaper.

 

But that is not all. Customers who choose one of the unlimited tariff plans will receive access to the “Unlimited Entertainment” service for 6 or 12 months, and with the purchase of two subscriptions, even for 24 months, so they can choose between a variety of subscription platforms, changing them at will. The offer includes, among others, HBO GO, Tidal, Legimi, as well as sports, film, infotainment and children's packages in Polsat Box Go. Most importantly, the new unlimited tariffs are available to everyone, including our current customers who have already signed subscription contracts for other tariffs.

Not a “hard user”? We also have an offer for you too. As part of the new portfolio, we have also smaller data packs starting from 25 PLN in the “Benefits for home” program.

 

 

Catch a discount on devices

Do you want to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the largest 5G network, but you don't have a device that will make it possible? We have an offer also for you! In our S, M and L tariff plans we have special discounts on devices for PLN 100, PLN 200 or PLN 300 respectively. With this discount, those who decide to purchase the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro smartphone between 20 January to 31 January will be able to take advantage of the discount available as part of a bundle in addition to the PLN 200 discount on the device provided during this period. As a result, in the case of the L variant, they will pay PLN 500 less, or PLN 1099 instead of PLN 1599.

 

The new M Unlimited and L Unlimited tariffs are accompanied by special discounts on device bundles. If choosing:

• Samsung A52s model, the customer will receive Samsung Galaxy Buds2 headphones worth PLN 649,
• Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G model, the customer will receive a Samsung Galaxy A12 smartphone worth PLN 749 as a gift,
• • Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite NE 5G model, the customer will receive the Smart Home Sport set worth PLN 499 as a gift (Xiaomi set is available from 25 January in all channels).

The new, truly unlimited offer is not only a proposal which currently doesn’t exist in portfolio of any other operator. It is also a part of our new approach which we are introducing at T‑Mobile to our individual customers. By creating an option with unlimited internet, we want to inspire customers to focus on what is important to them and to boldly reach for their dreams right now, without putting off plans and ambitions for later.
