At the end of the third quarter of 2026, the T-Mobile Polska’s mobile customer base passed the 13.5 million user mark, reflecting steady growth despite a highly competitive market environment. During the same period, the operator grew its postpaid subscriber base, partly driven by the successful conversion of prepaid customers to postpaid services. The company achieved the customer base growth thanks to its long-term focus on customer experience and its convergent strategy, which combines mobile, broadband and entertainment services into a compelling convergent value proposition for households.

Growing adoption of fixed broadband and TV services confirms the increasing attractiveness of T‑Mobile’s integrated offering and its ability to address the evolving needs of customers. At the same time, the B2B division acquired a number of new corporate clients.

T‑Mobile’s financial performance in the third quarter demonstrates the effectiveness of its commercial strategy and execution capabilities. Total revenue increased by 9.7% year-on-year to over PLN 2.0 billion. Growth is driven by expansion in all key business lines, especially in mobile, fixed and ICT/system solutions businesses. Additionally higher equipment sales, supported by strong demand for premium devices, also contributed to this result. Importantly, this demonstrates broad-based growth, with all major revenue streams contributing to the company’s strong performance.

- The third quarter confirms that our strategy is delivering results in the long term. We have successfully combined attractive convergent offers, strong commercial execution with a strong focus on customer experience, brand strength and value creation. We are consistently improving quality for the customers and making sure our employees are motivated to serve them in the best possible way. The growth we achieved this quarter demonstrates that all elements of our strategy are working together and translating into tangible business outcomes, said Andreas Maierhofer, CEO of T-Mobile Poland.`

EBITDA AL reached PLN 581 million in the third quarter, representing an increase of 8.7% year-on-year. Strong revenue growth, continued expansion of the customer base and disciplined cost management enabled the company to maintain healthy profitability while investing in future growth.

The third quarter was particularly important from a commercial perspective. T‑Mobile’s strong momentum from ther first half of the year continued and even accelerated, confirming the attractiveness of our offer and the trust customers place in our brand. Revenue growth was a result of good performance in all key private and business market areas. This demonstrates a meaningful evolution of our growth profile, as all parts of the company are delivering growing revenues and contributing to our success, said Juraj Andras, Chief Financial Officer at T-Mobile Poland. At the same time, our long-term focus on customer experience and our convergent strategy continue to strengthen customer loyalty and create sustainable value.

The third quarter of 2026 was also a special one for T-Mobile Polska, marking another important milestone in the company’s history. On September 16 it celebrated the 30th anniversary of the first call made on the T-Mobile network. While technology, devices, and the way people communicate have evolved significantly over the past three decades, one thing has remained unchanged: the human need to stay connected. For 30 years, the operator has have been bringing people, ideas, and businesses together, helping shape an increasingly digital world.

The anniversary celebrations were accompanied by the “Call Your Mom” campaign, which blended nostalgia with modernity to highlight technology’s most important role: building and nurturing meaningful human connections. As part of the celebrations, T-Mobile also introduced a range of customer-focused initiatives, including special offers, device promotions, unlimited internet packages, and a limited-edition mascot, inspired by the campaign’s message.

In the third quarter, the company announced that Deutsche Telekom had agreed to acquire 100% of the shares in Fiberhost and INEA. The transaction is currently awaiting approval from Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). Once completed, it will give T-Mobile Polska more than 300 thousands INEA customers and access to Fiberhost’s fiber network, which passes more than 1.4 million households, strengthening its position as a provider of convergent services.

Customers appreciate the convergent offers

T-Mobile delivered very strong convergent sales performance in the consumer segment in the third quarter. The number of voice service contracts signed was the highest recorded in a third quarter since the pandemic, increasing by 15% both year-on-year compared with Q3 2025 and quarter-on-quarter compared with Q2 2026. T-Mobile also ended the quarter with the highest positive mobile number portability balance among mobile operators, gaining a net 26,541 customers. FTTH fiber orders also reached a record high, increasing by 76% compared with Q3 2025 and by 14% compared with Q2 2026.
MagentaTV also delivered exceptionally strong results. In Q3, T-Mobile refreshed its proposition and launched the “Telewizja dla każdego” (“TV for Everyone”) package, available also to customers without an existing T-Mobile contract. The offer provides access to a modern TV platform and app, as well as 75 channels, with the basic package available for PLN 0 per month after applicable discounts. The Midi and Maxi packages were also expanded with new channels and the option to purchase additional content. As a result, T-Mobile recorded its best-ever quarter for TV service sales. Sales were 5.4 times higher than a year earlier and 3.2 times higher than in Q2 2026. Moreover, 49% of new MagentaTV app users were engaging with the product for the first time. The figures cover all packages, including “TV for Everyone” and the paid Midi and Maxi packages.

The strong sales performance was accompanied by growing customer engagement. In Q3, T-Mobile continued to celebrate the brand’s 30th anniversary with special promotions and birthday activations. One of the most popular initiatives was the anniversary edition of the Fonuś mascots, with 100,000 customers taking advantage of the offer in September alone.

At the same time, T-Mobile refreshed the Magenta Moments programme and its visual experience within the app, while further developing its partner offering with brands including KFC, Pizza Hut, Cinema City and MOL. By the end of Q3, the Magenta Moments user base had exceeded 2.9 million, while the number of active users increased by an impressive 58% year-on-year.

B2B maintains strong growth momentum and expands ICT services sales

In the third quarter of 2026, T-Mobile delivered another strong performance in the B2B segment. The number of newly acquired business customers increased by 23% year-on-year, while sales of the Magenta BIZNES offer bundled with FTTH fiber broadband doubled compared with the same period last year.
The ICT business also maintained its strong growth trajectory, with sales rising by 30% year-on-year. Particularly noteworthy was the record sales performance of the Cyber Guard service, underscoring the growing importance of cybersecurity solutions within T-Mobile’s business offering. During the quarter, T-Mobile Business also secured several new corporate customers.

Focus on technological excellence
Providing customers with the highest quality services remains a priority for T-Mobile. The operator has been therefore continuing to enhance the technological capabilities of its network. In the third quarter, T-Mobile’s 5G Bardziej network grew by 155 base stations, bringing the coverage of its fastest 5G network, operating in the C-band, to around two-thirds of Poland’s population. By the end of the quarter, 40% of the operator’s base stations offered C-band coverage. Across all available technologies, T-Mobile’s 5G network reached 95% of the country’s population.

The network modernization program, which involves replacing equipment with the latest-generation technology, is also nearing completion. More than 11,700 T-Mobile base stations have already been modernized, including 96% of the operator’s own sites. To meet customers’ growing demand for data, T-Mobile is also expanding its fiber network, which now spans almost 39,000 kilometers. More than 1,800 kilometers of fiber links were built in 2026. Currently, 83% of T-Mobile’s C-band base stations are connected by fiber.

Building a safer, more responsible and inclusive digital society
T-Mobile Polska continued to execute its ESG strategy, focusing on the safe and responsible use of technology, combating online hate, and promoting environmental education. The operator launched the social awareness campaign “Status: Shared” together with the National Police Headquarters and UNICEF Poland, supporting parents and caregivers in making informed decisions about sharing content involving children and protecting their image and privacy online.

In the third quarter, T-Mobile continued its #HejtOutLoveIn campaign, reaching a significant milestone of 50,000 signatures under the Declaration Against Hate. This achievement will enable the funding of additional expert support shifts on the Anti-Violence Helpline operated by the SEXEDPL Foundation. The values of respect and positive relationships were also promoted during the WTA 125 Warsaw T-Mobile Polish Open, for which T-Mobile Polska once again served as the title sponsor.

In the area of environmental education, the operator once again partnered with the “Collect Batteries and Mobile Phones” program, encouraging children and young people to collect electronic waste and manage it responsibly.

T‑Mobile Poland results for Q3 2026
Strong commercial momentum and successful strategy execution drive accelerated growth

T-Mobile Polska has begun the process of merging with T-Mobile Polska Business Solutions, bringing its telecommunications and ICT capabilities together under a single structure. The move marks the next step in the company's ongoing strategy to expand its offering for business customers.

The merger aims to combine the strengths of both companies within one organization: T-Mobile Polska's scale, infrastructure and customer base, together with T-Mobile Polska Business Solutions' specialist expertise in ICT, systems integration, cybersecurity, cloud services and the delivery of complex technology projects.

The merger will simplify the operating model, streamline decision-making and enable the company to respond even more effectively to the growing needs of enterprises and public institutions. Customers will gain access to a broader portfolio of telecommunications and ICT services from a single, large-scale partner operating under consistent standards of service, security and accountability. This will also make it easier for businesses and institutions to meet increasingly stringent regulatory requirements, such as the NIS2 Directive and the DORA Regulation.
The planned integration is a natural progression of the close collaboration between the two companies to date and is intended to strengthen T-Mobile Polska's position as a provider of end-to-end technology solutions for business.

As a result of the merger, T-Mobile Polska will, under the principle of universal succession, assume all rights and obligations of T-Mobile Polska Business Solutions and become a party to all agreements concluded by T-Mobile Polska Business Solutions. For customers, this means business as usual: existing contracts, terms and account managers will remain unchanged.

Deutsche Telekom to acquire Fiberhost and Inea from Macquarie Asset Management for c.1 billion EUR, thereby strengthening T-Mobile Polska’s position in fixed broadband

The transaction will allow T-Mobile Polska to combine its leading 5G network and fastest-growing fixed broadband business in Poland with Fiberhost’s fiber infrastructure and Inea’s established customer base, creating a stronger convergent connectivity platform.

Deutsche Telekom has agreed to acquire 100% of Fiberhost, a Polish open-access fixed network operator, together with Inea, a retail broadband and TV provider, for an enterprise valuation of c.1 billion EUR from current shareholders: Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 5, a fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management and minority shareholders. The acquisition will accelerate T-Mobile Polska’s growth by adding Inea’s over 300,000 customers and Fiberhost’s fiber network passing over 1.4 million homes.

The transaction marks a new step in T-Mobile Polska’s transformation from a mobile only operator into a fully convergent telecommunication provider. Since signing its first wholesale access agreement in 2018, T-Mobile has expanded its fixed coverage through wholesale partners and built a nationwide convergent offer.

Together, the businesses will be better positioned to offer a high-quality convergent proposition and compete more effectively with operators that already own substantial fixed infrastructure to the benefit of Polish customers. The acquisition also strengthens T-Mobile Polska’s role as an investor in critical infrastructure supporting Poland’s digitalization.

Dominique Leroy, CEO Europe, Deutsche Telekom AG, commented: “This is an important milestone in T-Mobile Polska’s continuous growth story. By bringing together strong mobile and fiber capabilities, we are creating an even better foundation for simple, reliable services for our customers. At the same time, it will allow T-Mobile Polska to extend its contribution to the digitalization of Poland and its economy. Investments like this matter beyond one market. Strong digital infrastructure is essential for Europe’s competitiveness, resilience and future growth. I am proud that Deutsche Telekom continues to play an active role in making that happen.”

T-Mobile Polska CEO Andreas Maierhofer commented: “We are opening a new chapter in T-Mobile Polska’s journey. Our award-winning mobile network, nationwide backbone, data centers and fiber infrastructure will now be complemented by our own fiber-to-the-home network reaching 1.4 million households. Owning an FTTH network will allow us to further develop our already successful portfolio of convergent products. Technological excellence, combined with our strong customer service – our key differentiators in the market – will strengthen our operations in Poland and help us build an even more attractive, quality-driven portfolio for both business and private customers at greater scale.”

Cord Von Lewinski, Managing Director at Macquarie Asset Management, said: "Poland has been an important market for Macquarie for more than 20 years, from the development of the deepwater container terminal in Gdańsk through to Fiberhost and INEA. Over the past eight years we have partnered with management to support the development of Fiberhost and INEA, helping to create one of Poland’s leading fibre infrastructure platforms. Together, we expanded network coverage, increased wholesale access, and improved connectivity for communities and businesses across the country. We thank both management teams for their partnership and look forward to seeing both businesses continue to build on this strong foundation under Deutsche Telekom’s stewardship. We are proud to have supported development of important infrastructure, helping to drive Polish economic growth and positive societal impact."

Fiberhost will continue to offer transparent and non-discriminatory access to its state-of-the-art fiber infrastructure to all existing and potential internet service providers in Poland.

Closing of the transaction is conditional upon customary Polish competition approvals.
